Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to consulting services purchased from Verdantia Advisory.

1. Engagement Agreements

All paid engagements are confirmed by a written scope and agreement before work begins. This sets out deliverables, timelines, and fees.

2. Project-Based Packages

For fixed-scope packages, if you cancel before work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid. Once work has begun, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for work not yet performed.

3. Monthly Retainers

Monthly engagements may be cancelled with written notice before the next billing cycle. Fees already paid for the current month cover work performed in that period and are non-refundable once the period has started.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, email [email protected]. We aim to respond within five business days.

5. Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, contact us promptly so we can work to resolve the matter fairly.
